- Price per cottage (5 pers. Max.) Charges included (water and electricity, french TVA taxes included)
- Except July and August, rentals available for overnight stays (rentals / 2 nights minimum) : weekend (2 nights), short-stay 3 nights, 4 nights, etc., (see weekend rates and short -stays above).
- In July and August, only weekly rentals from Saturday 17h to Saturday 10h. See prices detailed
- No "reservation fee".
Note:
- Deposit: 30% approx. total cost of the lease, payable when booking (amount shown on the contract).
- Guaranty deposit (or caution) : € 200 returned at the departure.
- Local tax: 0,50 € per adult per day.
- Final cleaning to your charge.
Options:
- Bed linen, towels: € 10 per person per week. Includes: sheets, pillowcases bolsters, towels and tea towels. Proposed from April to September only.
- Baby bed & chair : free (however specify when booking).
- Small dog or pet (-10kg): € 3 per day. Only one by single cottage, with conditions of size, maintenance and cleanliness.
- End of stay cleaning fee: € 50 (or end of stay cleaning by yourself) ;
- Cancellation insurance : subscribe here for safebooking
