- Price per cottage (5 pers. Max.) Charges included (water and electricity, french TVA taxes included)
- Except July and August, rentals available for overnight stays (rentals / 2 nights minimum) : weekend (2 nights), short-stay 3 nights, 4 nights, etc., (see weekend rates and short -stays above).
- In July and August, only weekly rentals from Saturday 17h to Saturday 10h. See prices detailed
- No "reservation fee".
Note:
- Deposit: 30% approx. total cost of the lease, payable when booking (amount shown on the contract).
- Guaranty deposit (or caution) : € 200 returned at the departure.
- Local tax: 0,60 € per adult per day.
- Final cleaning to your charge.
Options:
- Sheet rental pack: double bed €12/week, single bed €10/week. Includes: flat sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases
- Towel pack rental: €8/person/week. Includes: 1 small towel, 2 large towels.
- Shower exit mat pack rental + 2 kitchen towels: €6/stay.
- Baby pack rental: €15/stay (specify when booking). Includes: cot, mattress, mattress pad, high chair.
- Small dog or pet (-15kg): €3 per day, subject to size, clothing and cleanliness conditions.
- End of stay “cleaning” package: €90
